THE GET A L.I.F.E. PROGRAM:
THE GET A L.I.F.E. PROGRAM is designed to help young people in society today find hope, understanding, and direction in their lives. At the same time the program affords inmates the opportunity to give something back to the community.
It is our goal to deter youth from the lie all criminals believe. Criminal life is not glamorous, or exciting, or fun, or cool.
The attention you receive will not be positive; it will be a reality check of the pain you cause yourself, your family, and others around you. It is selfish lifestyle filled with pain for everyone involved, both directly and indirectly. Due to all the negative media attention regarding the youth of America, THE GET A L.I.F.E. members wish to share our own experiences with youth crime and criminal lifestyles in hopes of teaching the truth, “Crime Destroys Lives.”
